Addiction is similar to many diseases such as diabetes and requires determination to overcome its debilitating effects through intentional actions. It may require medications in addition to behavioral change. We will investigate addiction’s impact on you then determine what is necessary to overcome its debilitating effects.
Unresolved issues may be one cause of your addiction and revolve around negative thought patterns such as, “I’m not good enough,” “I’m worthless,” or “I’m a failure.” If this resonates with you then there is hope for recovery from addiction and negative thinking!
